Are you passionate about financial markets, sales & trading in financial instruments?

Being an Area Manager for FX & Interest Rate products (Corporate Sales Area Manager) at Markets you would:

• Contribute to development and implementation of product and sales strategy (FX & Interest Rate products) to meet the highest industry standards;

• Lead negotiations and structuring of financial risk management solutions for clients;

• Observe trends in the financial markets and share them with clients (various investor events);

• Collaborate closely and provide product competence to other units in the bank;

• Execute spot and derivative transactions for FX, interest rate and commodity markets;

• Monitor and manage the bank’s open FX position within set limits.

What is needed in this role: 

• University degree in the field of economics, finance, business administration and management;

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial instruments (preferably FX and interest rate instruments);

• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to prioritize work-load under high-pressure;

• Solid knowledge of local markets characteristics, preferences, trends (customers and competitive landscape) as well as related legal regulatory constraints;

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills;

• BFAA licence (Investment Advisor);

• Fluent in English and Lithuanian;

• CFA, FRM, or other relevant certifications would be considered a plus.
