Area Manager for FX & Interest Rate products

Being an Area Manager for FX & Interest Rate products (Corporate Sales Area Manager) at Markets you would:
Contribute to development and implementation of product and sales strategy (FX & Interest Rate products) to meet the highest industry standards;
Lead negotiations and structuring of financial risk management solutions for clients;
Observe trends in the financial markets and share them with clients (various investor events);
Collaborate closely and provide product competence to other units in the bank;
Execute spot and derivative transactions for FX, interest rate and commodity markets;
Monitor and manage the bank’s open FX position within set limits.
What is needed in this role:
University degree in the field of economics, finance, business administration and management;
A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial instruments (preferably FX and interest rate instruments);
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to prioritize work-load under high-pressure;
Solid knowledge of local markets characteristics, preferences, trends (customers and competitive landscape) as well as related legal regulatory constraints;
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills;
BFAA licence (Investment Advisor);
Fluent in English and Lithuanian;
CFA, FRM, or other relevant certifications would be considered a plus.
