Regulatory Transaction Reporting Coordinator (Baltics)

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
Act as the central hub between local banks, the outsourced reporting provider (Swedbank AB in Sweden), technology/development and compliance
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of MiFID II, MiFIR, EMIR (Refit), and applicable local Baltic regulatory requirements
Monitor regulatory changes and coordinate assessing their impact on reporting obligations
Act as the primary point of contact and day-to-day manager of the outsourced reporting provider (group)
Participate in outsourced reporting provider Regulatory screening forums
What is needed in this role:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Law, or Business Administration
Specialization or coursework in financial markets, securities law, or financial regulation is a strong advantage
Minimum 3–5 years in financial services
Direct hands-on experience with MiFID, EMIR, or MiFIR transaction/trade reporting in a bank, investment firm, or financial infrastructure provider is a strong advantage
Strong working knowledge of MiFID II/MiFIR transaction reporting, EMIR trade reporting (SFTR a plus)
Familiarity with reporting infrastructure
Experience writing business requirements for reporting-related IT changes
Confidence in presenting findings and status updates to compliance, audit, or management forums
Coordination and stakeholder management across multiple jurisdictions and functions
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, for effective collaboration with Baltic and Group colleagues
