In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
Design and develop customer servicing models across corporate customer segments.
Shape how servicing models are embedded into customer journeys, processes, and digital channels.
Lead cross-functional initiatives involving business, product, operations, and customer-facing units.
Identify and drive efficiency improvements and optimization opportunities within servicing approaches.
Contribute to long-term customer experience transformation within Corporate Banking.
Work in a collaborative and dynamic environment with high visibility and strategic impact.
What is needed in this role:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, or related field.
3+ years of experience in project management, service design, CX, or business transformation.
Experience in cross‑functional environments, preferably in banking or financial services.
Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
Strong service design and customer‑centric expertise, translating strategy into execution.
Strong analytical and synthesis skills, turning complexity into clear actions.
High ownership mindset, structured approach, and focus on quality and continuous improvement.
