Scrum Master in Insurance area

We are looking for a Scrum Master who goes beyond facilitating team rituals - someone who coaches, enables delegation, manages dependencies, and ensures delivery flow across multiple teams within our VDE.
We believe, even when teams mature to self-sufficient, the Scrum Master remains critical that holds alignment, flow, and improvement together. While the role evolves — from daily facilitation to coaching, cross-team collaboration, and organizational improvement — its value never diminishes.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
Support and coach multiple teams in Agile and Lean ways of working;
Facilitate key Agile events (planning, retrospectives, syncs) or or coach teams to self‑facilitate effectively;
Help teams grow in autonomy and maturity through delegation, coaching, and mentoring;
Identify, escalate and remove impediments while actively managing cross-team dependencies;
Foster strong collaboration with the Release Train Engineer, other Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Business stakeholders;
Promote transparency through well-maintained boards, dashboards, and meaningful flow metrics;
Take ownership and act proactively, adapting quickly as priorities or situations change;
Drive continuous improvement and strengthen team health, collaboration and psychological safety.
What is needed in this role:
A strong servant-leadership mindset — enabling others to succeed;
Strong facilitation and coaching and mentoring skills;
Proven experience as a Scrum Master, supporting multiple teams in a multi–Scrum Master setup;
Excellent time management and prioritization skills to balance the needs of several teams;
Ability to connect people, practices and flow across teams and stakeholders. Drive organizational improvement, not only team‑level improvements;
Passion for building self-sufficient, high-performing teams while still providing leadership and oversight;
Taking ownership and being proactive instead of waiting for instructions as well as ability to adapt quickly when priorities or situations change.
This role requires resilience, growth-mindset, strong communication skills, and leadership mindset, without formal authority.
