Junior Specialist for Customer Feedback Area

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
Support project managers in daily work with customer feedback related projects and activities across the Baltic countries.
Support customer feedback collection, including survey distribution, data extraction, and follow-up activities, while learning how surveys are maintained, tested, improved, and transformed into actionable insights.
Contribute to improving team collaboration by helping organize SharePoint content and supporting the development of efficient digital workspaces, such as MS Planner, Teams, and shared collaboration tools.
Prepare regular reports, summaries, meeting notes, and action follow-ups.
Perform basic qualitative and quantitative analysis of customer feedback and help monitor data quality.
Work full-time on a fixed-term contract for 1 year.
What is needed in this role:
Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies close to graduation in business, social sciences, economics, or a similar field.
Demonstrated experience in customer support, administration, analytics, project management or project support with a structured way of working.
Understanding of customer experience, surveys, reporting, or data analysis; previous exposure to customer feedback processes is an advantage.
Experience working with MS Office applications, documentation, templates, and follow-up activities. At least intermediate level Excel skills (pivots, formulas, graphs).
Good oral and written communication skills in English, attention to detail, accuracy, and willingness to learn and grow in an international team.
