Head of Securities Services

Your responsibilities:
• Full income, cost, risk and sales responsibility for the Securities Services product area
• Support, set directions, challenge and develop leaders within Sales & Client Management , Fund Administration, and Custody
• Take charge of the Securities Services management team with clear expectations and decisive leadership
• Strengthen sales performance and client penetration through active prospecting and close collaboration with Sales
• Act as the senior representative for Securities Services in internal and external strategic forums, like partnerships, events and stakeholders
• Drive development of the product area through efficient processes and cooperation with TCM value stream
• Build a high-performing organization with clear roles, strong execution and professional standards
• Make sure active engagement representing product sales in client teams
• Engaged team member of Institutional Banking management and active in forming Institutional banking strategy
What is needed in this role:
• Proven experience in leadership roles at Securities services or similar
• Deep knowledge about transaction services, processes, risk and regulatory knowledge for Securities Service area
• A strong commercial mindset and ambition to build a market-leading Securities Services business
• Relevant external Institutional client network
• Results-driven, with a clear ownership mentality and strong interest in business, people and clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and Swedish
• Understanding how to achieve results through others and take accountability for your team members’ and the team’s performance
• Capability to assess performance, make tough decisions when needed, and elevate leadership standards
• Relevant University degree
