Experienced Privacy Manager

We are looking for an experienced Privacy Manager who thrives in a role that influences business decisions, works with cutting-edge technologies, and helps build a strong privacy culture.
In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders at all levels, provide strategic guidance on privacy matters, and help foster a strong culture of privacy and trust within Group Business Support (GBS), including Economic Crime Prevention, Group Security & Cyber Defence and Group Payments & Accounts.

Shape how privacy is managed by contributing to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our internal privacy framework
Apply your expertise in practice by advising a wide range of stakeholders in high-impact initiatives involving emerging technologies
Drive a privacy-first culture by owning and evolving the internal privacy control library and its implementation
Influence at all levels of the organization as a trusted expert in privacy and data protection risk management
Maintain a holistic view of privacy and data protection risks, ensuring the business stays aligned and proactive
What is needed in this role:
6+ years hands-on, in-house operational experience in a GRC function specializing in privacy or data protection
Deep expertise in EU privacy and data protection legislation, EDPB guidelines, and leading privacy risk frameworks
Proven experience leading the implementation of privacy controls in complex, preferably international, organizations
Strong track record of identifying and managing privacy risks and driving mitigation actions in high-profile initiatives
Solid understanding of data-related technologies (e.g. cloud, data flows, AI/ML); technical background or experience with PETs is a plus
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a pragmatic and risk-based mindset
Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels without formal authority
Fluency in English, both spoken and written. Swedish is a plus
Relevant academic degree (e.g. law, data protection, IT) is an advantage
Relevant certifications (e.g. CIPP/E, CIPM)
