• Develop and maintain Procurement IT applications and solutions on the ServiceNow platform

• Implement AI-driven use cases (e.g., AI-powered search, recommendations, automation, and data enrichment)

• Develop integrations using REST APIs and other standard integration platforms

• Integrate data from multiple sources (APIs, databases, third-party systems) into data platform

• Collaborate with architects and the team to produce high-level and/or detailed solution designs based on requirements

• Support internal stakeholders and the Product Owner in balancing lifecycle management, maintenance, regulatory requirements, and development activities

• Build and continuously expand your understanding of the business within the value stream

• Participate in and contribute to the full development lifecycle—from initial analysis and requirement gathering to development and ongoing maintenance

• Manage update sets, instance cloning, and version upgrades across different environments

What is needed in this role:

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively

• At least 3 years of proven experience in ServiceNow development

• Proficiency in JavaScript and the ServiceNow scripting framework, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design pattern concepts

• Experience with ServiceNow Service Portal, Employee Center, or front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS)

• Familiarity with data lake technologies (e.g., Databricks, Azure Data Lake)

• Exposure to AI capabilities within ServiceNow

• Experience with ServiceNow TPRM, BCM, and ITBM modules is considered an advantage

• Fluency in English (spoken and written)

• Prior experience working with international teams
