• Join a growing ESG Risk Team within Baltic Banking Risk organization that is responsible for identification, measurement, assessment, and control of ESG related risks in Swedbank. As a new area in the financial industry, your work will have an impact on building sustainability conscious risk practices;

• Use analytical and creative skills to identify financial implications of ESG risks;

• Contribute to real projects and day-to-day team activities in ESG Risk and Sustainability area;

• Learn from experienced Risk colleagues and work side by side with the Risk and Sustainability team;

• Gain insight into how Swedbank operates and how we create value for our customers;

• Try yourself in different tasks and better understand your strengths.

Internship format:

• You will spend most of your time working within your chosen area together with your team and mentor;

• Around 20% of your time will be dedicated to additional activities – trainings and sessions focused on financial well-being, emotional and physical health, and self-awareness in a professional environment.

• Are currently studying in a related field;

• Are curious, proactive, and eager to learn;
