Relations Manager, Leasing Vendor Sales
Are you passionate about leasing assets and cooperation with business partners (dealers of cars and equipment)?
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
Create, maintain and develop positive and commercially useful relationships between partners appointed by the Swedbank and their line managers;
Launch, organise and monitor sales activities related to partners;
Collect, preserve and present important business information pertaining to lease, insurance or loan business in the field of partner relations;
Organise, launch and manage internal processes that influence partner relations;
Provide high-quality service to customers and partners and resolves issues while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction;
Have cross border cooperation with colleagues in the Baltics.
What is needed in this role:
Education (higher education or the ongoing acquisition of higher education in the field of economy or finance);
Good understanding about leasing products, processes, have experience in dealing with leasing vendors;
Very good social and customer service skills; good stress management skills; readiness to work in a team;
Language skills:
Lithuanian – very good spoken and written skills;
English – good spoken and written skills including knowledge of special terminology in the field.
