• Create, maintain and develop positive and commercially useful relationships between partners appointed by the Swedbank and their line managers;

• Launch, organise and monitor sales activities related to partners;

• Collect, preserve and present important business information pertaining to lease, insurance or loan business in the field of partner relations;

• Organise, launch and manage internal processes that influence partner relations;

• Provide high-quality service to customers and partners and resolves issues while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction;

• Have cross border cooperation with colleagues in the Baltics.

What is needed in this role:

• Education (higher education or the ongoing acquisition of higher education in the field of economy or finance);

• Good understanding about leasing products, processes, have experience in dealing with leasing vendors;

• Very good social and customer service skills; good stress management skills; readiness to work in a team;

• Language skills:

  • Lithuanian – very good spoken and written skills;

  • English – good spoken and written skills including knowledge of special terminology in the field.
