Digital Analyst
Are you a true analytical generalist who can code, analyse, visualise, and present your findings?
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
Build, maintain and develop reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders;
Dig in data and help organisation make factual based decisions;
Get involved in testing, implementation, and automation of digital channels data collection
Consult project teams across Bank on various developments;
Help organisation implement new digital analytics tools, guide stakeholders as they use them, run trainings.
What is needed in this role:
Quick adaptation into a team of technical analysts working on data framework implementations using JavaScript, Adobe Analytics and Experience Platform;
Basic skills to develop and perform code modifications, testing and deployment where appropriate using IDE (IntelliJ, etc) and following version control usage principles in an Agile workstream;
Foundational knowledge of Big Query, SQL, Python, PowerBI, Looker;
Logical thinking and business-minded interpretation skills;
Exceptional data visualisation skills to transform complex data into simple narrative;
Strong communication skills and capability to inspire colleagues in English and in a local market language (EE/LV/LT).
