Junior Specialist in Brand Management Department

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
Contribute to the planning and implementation of internal and external events (meetings, workshops, conferences, team events, etc.);
Ensure a smooth on-site event experience by providing real-time coordination and support;
Assist in managing and maintaining event-related documentation, including participant lists, invitations, and surveys;
Collaborate closely with vendors, partners, and cross-functional teams to bring events to life;
Support and contribute to budget tracking and post-event analysis to continuously improve event outcomes.
What is needed in this role:
Bachelor's degree in event management, communication, marketing, business management or a related field;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English;
Any experience in event organization is a strong advantage;
Ability to manage time effectively, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
