We are seeking a motivated Junior Technical Marketing Specialist to help manage and optimize content across our digital banking channels. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone starting their technical marketing journey or transitioning from a different career path. Using content management systems and in-house tools, you will assist in the creation, testing, and launch of marketing offers and emails, track campaign performance, and provide technical design support for email marketing initiatives.

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Create, test, modify, and launch marketing content across internal digital banking channels.

• Track, analyze, and report on channel performance to help optimize campaign effectiveness.

• Provide technical and design support for email marketing creation, utilizing HTML.

• Ensure cross-channel consistency, usability, and adherence to UX best practices.

What is needed in this role:

• A degree in Marketing, IT, Business, OR completion of coding courses/tech bootcamps (career changers are highly encouraged to apply).

• Strong technical mindset with basic HTML knowledge and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Lithuanian and English.

• Attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, collaborative mindset, and ownership.

• A data-driven approach with an interest in developing analytical skills for tracking performance metrics.
