Senior Depositary Services Compliance Analyst

We are looking for a Senior compliance analyst at Depositary services
In this role you would:
Perform depositary oversight activities for various types of funds (pension funds and investment funds);
Perform control activities making sure funds comply with applicable regulations (fund documents, laws, UCITS and AIFMD directives, etc.);
Deep-dive into fund industry, explore the way funds work and what types of investments they do;
Create, enhance and implement control procedures for different types of funds and make sure that they comply with local laws and regulations;
Develop oversight skills in all aspects of fund portfolio management e.g asset valuation, NAV calculation, investment limits, cash and securities settlement related flows;
Understand the world of custody, securities operations and corporate actions;
Work alongside with other in Financial Institutions and Capital Markets department.
What is needed in this role:
University degree in economics, legal or finance;
Keen interest in financial markets and investments funds industry;
Experience within the Depositary services or within Custody, or Funds management industry;
An understanding of the EU regulations and Lithuanian laws regarding the fund industry (UCITS, AIFMD);
Good analytical and calculation skills, attentiveness and accuracy;
Advanced skills in MS Excel;
Strong communication skills; fluent in English and Lithuanian (written and spoken);
Strong result orientation, exceptional self-drive and strive for excellence.
