• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to structure complex or ambiguous business challenges.

• Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

• Experience leading workshops and engaging with stakeholders across multiple organizational levels.

• Understanding of AI, Generative AI, virtual agents, automation, workflow technologies, or related areas.

• Ability to assess business value, feasibility, risks, and implementation considerations.

• Curious, proactive, and passionate about using technology to solve real business problems.
