Take part in our exciting traineeship program Kick start your career;
Investigating and resolving user-reported incidents and service requests;
Monitoring system alerts and responding to operational events;
Troubleshoot operational issues and help improve support processes and service quality;
Remediating reported vulnerabilities by applying patches, upgrading software components, and implementing secure configuration changes;
Organize and execute application production releases;
Collaborating with engineering teams to resolve complex issues and expand your technical skills;
Supporting service improvements and automation initiatives;
Documenting solutions and contributing to knowledge-sharing practices;
Learning how our systems and integrations operate in production environments;
Attend traineeship for 1 year full time.
What is needed in this role:
Basic to intermediate SQL skills and confidence working with data;
Ability to analyze production data, writing SQL queries, and resolving data-related issues;
A proactive and investigative mindset with strong analytical thinking and attention to detail;
A team-player mindset and a can-do attitude when dealing with complex situations;
Ownership mindset, with a focus on delivering assigned tasks on time and with high quality;
Strong collaboration and self-management skills, with the ability to work independently while recognizing when to seek support;
Willingness to learn, take feedback seriously, and continuously grow your technical skills;
Business‑level English, written and spoken.
Nice to have
Experience from a service desk, technical support, or customer support role;
Basic scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar);
Software development experience (Java, Spring boot, APIs);
Basic understanding of monitoring solutions;
Understanding of ITIL or service management concepts;
Practical IT experience or a degree in Information Technology or a related field.
