Automated Marketing Project Manager

Our goal is to enhance the private customer experience by delivering relevant, personalized messages exactly when and where they engage with the bank. We design, execute, measure, and optimize multichannel marketing campaigns for more than 2 million private customers across Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
Plan and execute marketing automation projects, including concept development, defining target customer groups, channel mix strategy, supporting offer development, testing, and optimization.
Collaborate with teams across sales, marketing, product specialists, analysts, legal, digital experts, and developers from all three Baltic countries.
What is needed in this role:
Project management skills;
Strong stakeholders management skills (be able to align expectations on BB level);
Ability to interpret data/results and turn them into business action;
Strong sense of ownership, problem-solving and determination to get things done;
Customer centricity in every step you take;
Good English and at least one Baltic language (Estonian, Latvian or Lithuanian).
It would be a benefit:
Strong understanding of Insurance products, customer needs, and market trends.
Experience using SharePoint, Jira, and Microsoft Office tools, particularly advanced Excel functionalities.
Solid background in customer data analysis, digital marketing, and direct marketing activities.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Pega Marketing, Salesforce, or equivalent solutions.

This is a temporary contract for 1.5 years
