  • Close collaboration with other LC&I VS.
  • Work closely with the APO regarding setting strategic roadmap.
  • Contributing and continuously improving agile ways of working. We work according to the SAFE agile frame work.
  • Be part of a team which is focused on making LC&I a more data-driven organisation by turning a pallet of dispersed system and data assets into real Analytics capabilities.
  • Understand the diverse Large Corporate business as Client and Product organisation, and the complexity of its business processes and their impact on key metrics in a range of areas including CRM, credit, capital, P/L, pricing – and work with colleagues to show how data can be used to drive improved decision making on all levels.
  • Use your skills within data analysis, statistics and modelling Perform ‘deep dives’ in large amounts of data using SQL and assist management with data-driven insights.

What is needed in this role:

  • Curiosity and drive to find practical solutions to challenging problems by exploring and understanding the underlying data.
  • You like the idea to have an open mandate to refine data into meaningful insights to support improved decision making.
  • University degree in a technical field such as statistics, mathematics, economics or engineering.
  • You have a fundamental understanding of areas in data science (statistics and machine learning).
  • 2-3 years of relevant working experience in the area.
  • Be able to communicate effortlessly in English, both in writing and in speech.
  • Be responsibility taking and self-motivating.
  • Have experience of working with deadlines and multiple simultaneously ongoing initiatives.
  • Strong team player.
  • Interest in transforming regulatory requirements into reporting solutions.
  • Interest in analysis of data and data flows.
  • Programming experience within analytical framework (e.g. R / Python / SAS) and experience using SQL.
  • To succeed in this role you need to be passionate about driving change into the business and truly believe that success is something that can only be reached by working closely with others.
