Comfortable with structuring data flows and reverse engineering to understand existing solutions and work on new business needs.
Strong communication skills to sit down with business counterparties, clarify their needs, ask the right questions, and explain complex data findings in a clear, simple, and structured way.
An analytical mindset as we don’t expect you to know everything, but you should have a natural eye for patterns and be a strong match in our core areas.
Collaboration skills, including the ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
Experience with advanced analytics or MPMX process mining is not required on day one, but it is a huge advantage.
Very good knowledge of one Baltic language and fluency in English, both written and spoken (for cooperation with Baltic and Group colleagues).
With us, you can experience:
Personal and professional growth through self-leadership and continuous development.
Meaningful work that positively impacts our workplace, our customers, and society.
An open and collaborative culture that encourages cross-functional teamwork and provides networking opportunities.
