  • Work with digitization of our product related one to one communication across Swedbank and Savings Banks.
  • Drive cost saving and sustainability on a large scale as we speed up our transition to paperless communications.
  • Build a wide network as you work with stakeholders from all product areas and our main business units.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Evaluate and refine incoming requests for campaigns.
  • Identify target group, business segmentation logic and data needs.
  • Secure needed data and undertake quality assurance by testing.
  • Co-ordinate needed campaign input from subject matter experts and colleagues from other communication units.
  • Responsible for channel specific copy via communications colleagues.
  • Ensure necessary fulfilment in place e.g. campaign landing pages.
  • Lead creation, testing and execution of communications via most appropriate 1-1 channel with digital first approach.
  • Monitor and optimize Next Best Actions and Campaigns to achieve set targets.
  • Create business case where applicable.

What is needed in this role:

Experience:

  • Background within CRM and data driven marketing/marketing automation.
  • Experience from marketing automation systems and BI tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and data analysis skills - used to working with large data sets and analytical systems.
  • Able to generate ideas and solve problems independently.
  • Excellent planning skills.
  • Interested in both the business and technical aspects of marketing.
  • Being fluent in Swedish and English, both written and oral is a must.
  • Financial sector experience beneficial but not required.
  • Interested in creating a great customer experience through communication in an omni-channel environment.
