With us you have the opportunity to:

  • Be a member of the Business Governance Team and have the overall responsibility First Line Risk Management in Baltic Acquiring
  • Ensuring proper risk reporting from all three Baltic countries
  • Participate in Risk Based Planning and manage our risk library
  • Support in all risk assessments (NPAP and RVA)
  • Coordinate work with Business Continuity Management
  • Participate in planning and testing of BCM plans
  • Plan and execute internal and external training in Risk Management Area when needed

What is needed in this role:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business/IT or work experience that is judged to be equivalent
  • Experience from card business and/or related areas
  • High proficiency in communication skills in English and Estonian, both oral and written
  • Excellent co-operation, communication and networking skills
  • A passion for solving problems
  • Ability to prioritise your workload in a busy environment
  • High level of integrity and ethical standards
