Are you passionate about Credit Reporting, business development and process improvement? We are now looking for an Agile Coordinator within CFO Office Business Development & BIO who will drive initiatives supporting the Credit Reporting process in Swedbank.

With us, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Be part of the core team responsible for driving development initiatives in Credit Reporting area for the current and upcoming regulations in Swedbank credit reporting process;
  • Closely work with the business stakeholders, regulatory experts and development value streams in LCI, Risk and BIO/BI to identify the business needs and regulatory requirements that imply necessary developments within Credit Reporting area;
  • Coordinate/ produce business analysis and business requirements;
  • Plan and coordinate, as well as take part in business acceptance testing to ensure quality and successful deployment;
  • Support business users in questions related to Credit Reporting systems, implementations and data quality; 
  • Work in an international environment with a professional and supportive team;
  • Increase your experience in agile development and project management.

What you need in this role:

  • Strong background in the credit risk area or credit/ financial reporting;
  • Being highly motivated, self-driven and solution-orientated to promote and drive implementation and address new challenges in an effective way;
  • Be comfortable documenting business requirements and/or testing suggested solutions; 
  • Interest in understanding information relationships and systems;
  • SAS/SQL skills or willingness to learn these;
  • An academic degree in a relevant subject;
  • Excellent communication skills in English;
  • Ability to easily cooperate with other professionals as well as the capacity to meet deadlines and deliver with high standards;
  • Patience and ability to see your learning path over an extended period of time.
