Do you want to lead the development of a first line risk function at Robur and contribute to Robur’s vision to be a world leader in sustainable value creation?

At Swedbank Robur you have the opportunity to:

  • Lead a team of highly skilled specialists with diverse areas of expertise who work with development and maintenance of the risk management framework. The team handles both daily processes within the control, analysis and reporting area and a wide range of ad hoc activities and projects.
  • Support Robur in maintaining a low AML risk level and ensure compliance as our business and regulations are developing.
  • Develop a strong Risk Management function at Swedbank Robur that embraces well established processes as well as form new processes to secure the way to reach Robur’s vision. For your support you will have a team leader to lead the daily work in the investment risk function.
  • Get to know and interact with all parts of Robur. 

What is needed in this role:

  • Proven leadership, strong social skills and a proactive attitude.
  • High integrity and a professional approach.
  • Experience from financial markets, risks, instruments and regulations, and a solid understanding of the asset management business.
  • Ability to present complex matters in a simple and understandable way, both orally and in writing, and be able to communicate and discuss complicated matters with different stakeholders. 
  • University degree in economics, engineering, mathematics/statistics, finance or business administration
