Are you passionate about modelling and engineering and want to be part of building up a new team in the first line of defense?

With us you will have the opportunity to:

  • Have a deep understanding of the valuation models and configuration in our front office trading systems to secure and explain a correct pricing and valuation.   
  • Have a central role and work alongside our traders, quants and valuation teams, with the responsibility of controlling the correctness of the EOD marking of books done by traders.  
  • Cooperate with many different stakeholders in the intersect between, Trading, Treasury, Quant and Independent Valuation teams.  
  • Be a key player in the establishment of this new team, which will be the first line of defense.

What you need in this role:

  • Master's degree in mathematical finance or related field.
  • Demonstrated system knowledge, configuration, pricing and development experience. 
  • Experience from the system Calypso is an advantage.
  • Understanding of the financial market, trading, valuation and risk processes. 
  • Background in quant, trading, model development or risk control is preferred.
  • Strong market knowledge, where trading experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
