Senior Support Specialist to Trading Room Support

• Be located on the trading floor and act on all IT issues and upcoming changes
• Daily contact with traders and sales who demands accurate and quick responses
• Investigate hardware issues
• Hardware maintenance and upgrades
• Software support (OS and internal/external applications)
• Be a part of the ongoing projects in the area
• Support trading telephony and cell phones
• Network and security issues/maintenance
• Maintain disaster recovery sites
• Strategic decisions in relevant fields.

What is needed in this role:

• The position is suited for a service-minded person with a strong IT background
• Technical know-how
• Interest in IT applications and infrastructure
• Analytical and organised mindset
• Enjoy an event-driven way of working and be able to handle stress constructively
• Social skills, personal initiative and energy
• University degree or similar
• Excellent skills in English and Swedish
• Experience of end-user support
• 2-5 years relevant experience
• Microsoft certification is a strong merit.
