In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

  • Work and operate in one of the banks most prioritized areas - financial crime prevention.
  • Play a key role in a delivering Swedbank´s next generation KYC-process.
  • Excel in stakeholder management - you have great communications and coordination skills – both within the team and within the value stream.
  • Track and follow up project progress and report.
  • Create and publish steering and decision material.
  • Coordinate several teams, facilitate meetings and workshops.
  • Setup and implement policies and procedures when needed.

What is needed in this role: 

  • Minimum 3+ years of work experience as Project/Program manager and preferable with larger transformation programmes.
  • Experience in creating reports and decision material to senior management as well as presenting it.
  • Excellent skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Self-sufficient with a doer mentality and with good planning & prioritising skills.
  • Great communication & coordination skills.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Finally, you should have a relevant university degree.
