Are you passionate about money laundering and terrorism financing risks and feel exited working with Data modelling?

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

  • Develop, implement and continuously update customer risk assessment in respect with ML/TF risks and international financial sanctions regime;
  • Take part in data modelling, testing, analyses and reporting;
  • Exchange information and cooperate with respective stakeholders on a local and group (Baltic and Sweden) level;
  • Follow up on respective legislation and requirement implementation;
  • Take part in other KYC/AML related processes.

What is needed in this role:

  • Experience working within the financial industry;
  • Advanced MS Excel skills;
  • Bachelor‘s degree within finance and/or engineering or similar area;
  • Strong ability to quickly grasp and understand business line specific ML/TF risks and provide recommendations for appropriate automated solutions targeting risk;
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain strategic choices under pressure;
  • Analytical personality with structured mindset;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Good knowledge in written and spoken English and Lithuania languages;
  • Experience working with data modelling, analyses and reporting would be a big advantage;
  • Knowledge of risk, legal or AML/CTF/sanctions area would be a big advantage.
