Are you passionate about money laundering and terrorism financing risks and coordination and development of KYC/AML processes?

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

  • Develop, implement and continuously update KYC/AML processes;
  • Coordinate business requirements in IT development projects related to KYC/AML processes (take a lead to gather input from related process owners, initiate needed changes in processes and respective IT development);
  • Exchange information and cooperate with respective stakeholders on a local and group (Baltic and Sweden) level;
  • Follow up on respective legislation and requirement implementation.

What is needed in this role:

  • Experience as a project or process manager;
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in law or economics or similar area;
  • Work experience in finance area, ideally in risk, compliance or AML/CTF/sanctions;
  • Good coordinating, negotiation skills;
  • Good MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) skills;
  • Solution and result oriented approach, often taking initiative;
  • Good communication (both written and verbal) skills;
  • Ability to handle stressful situations, and maintain strategic choices under pressure;
  • Fluent in English and Lithuanian; 
  • Knowledge of risk, legal or AML/CTF/sanctions area would be a big advantage.
