Are you passionate about financial analysis, business support, performance analysis and reporting?

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

  • Provide regular and ad-hoc analytical service for corporate segment management;
  • Coordinate, calculate financial forecasts and participate in the setting of performance targets, also ensure the target follow-up;
  • Support local business with profitability interpretation, pricing tool usage and report operational usage questions;
  • Be a part of Baltic functional Corporate segment analysis team;
  • Support assigned Baltic Banking area and take the role in Baltic harmonisation tasks.

What is needed in this role:

  • Good business understanding and oriented towards business and process improvements;
  • Experience in the area of financial analysis;
  • Detail-oriented personality as well as big picture thinking and pro-active attitude;
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills both within your core team and with stakeholders;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to meet deadlines in multi-tasking environment;
  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Banking or Mathematics;
  • Excellent command of verbal and written Lithuanian and English;
  • MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and readiness to learn new financial analysis/modelling software.
