Analyst/Manager to Channel Strategy

Channel strategy are now looking to strengthen the team with new colleagues who wants to be part of an exciting journey and help us drive Swedbank’s and Swedish banking’s channel strategy and transformation journey. You will gain deep insights in retail banking and take part in driving and executing our strategy. You will join a high-paced and collaborative team and have significant influence on the future of the bank. 

This role reports to head of channel strategy and will give you the opportunity to:

  • Play an integral role in defining Swedish Banking’s channel strategy and executing on our transformation journey
  • Take responsibility for carry out analysis and create decision material to executive management.
  • Support strategic programs, projects and our business and operations with relevant activities, e.g. facilitate workshops, conduct analysis, write reports etc.
  • Support in creation of business cases across the bank to identify and validate expected value realization and the implication on operations, sales and profitability. 
  • Conduct data-analysis as input for strategic decisions  

In this role you will need:

  • To hold a relevant academic degree, 2-5 years of total work experience where of minimum 2-3 years as management consultant from a well-established agency.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience from strategic frameworks
  • High curiosity, willingness to learn and adopt to new contexts
  • Planning, prioritising skills and high delivery capacity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish.
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Experience in writing reports and decision material to senior management.
  • Experience from financial Services and Banking, experience from hands-on banking business and operations is a plus
