Are you passionate about project management and entrepreneurship?

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

  • Lead automated offers development for business customers in different banking channels in all Baltic countries and ensure sales results, service quality and customer satisfaction;
  • Develop personalized offers and product lifecycles (define targeted customer groups, channel mix strategy, execute offer testing, maintain response rates);
  • Contribute alongside with country (especially Lithuanian) Corporate Banking teams towards customer satisfaction-oriented solutions.

What would help you to succeed in this role?

We are looking for a professional self-motivated person with great planning ability and stakeholder management skills, who has:

  • Knowledge of corporate banking business and products (previous experience will add value);
  • Analytical thinking, strong problem solving skills and project management competence;
  • Understanding of pricing methodology, profitability, risk drivers and sales;
  • Academic degree (or acquiring it) in finance, mathematics, marketing or economics;
  • Good computer literacy (MS Office), previous experience with data and its usage with UNICA program will add value;
  • Readiness to work individually and in a cross-border team;
  • Fluent in Lithuanian and English – both written and spoken.
