About us

You will be a part of our Baltic Customer Data Development Cross Functional Team (CFT) focused on customer data related projects. We work in agile way, value quality, openness and creative way of thinking. The team is located cross-border- both in Vilnius and Tallinn.

In this role you have the opportunity to:

  • Participate and/or lead the work of gathering requirements from business stakeholders
  • Express Product Backlog in terms of Jira User stories with acceptance criteria and other required details
  • Provide help and support to software engineers to ensure a common understanding of requirements
  • Acceptance testing of developed functionality to determine if a solution has fulfilled the requirements
  • Participate in production support activities: investigate issues, provide consultation to the business users, assist in end-user training, take part in testing of new functionality
  • Act as team player in the cross functional team and constantly improve the way of working
  • Proactively seek and give feedback on the delivered functionality

What is needed in this role:

  • Relevant Bachelor University degree
  • Able to define rules, requirements
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Structured, systematic, interest in details
  • Collaborative
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to work independently as well as in the team
  • Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in multi-tasking environment
