As an IT Business Analyst, you will work in a team with extensive knowledge, skills and experience within Commerce area. The team will deliver towards the overall strategy and the delivery road map for the Commerce area. You will also contribute to strengthen our team's journey towards an agile way of working. You will be responsible for detailing user stories and anchoring the backlog items and quality assurance of delivered functionality.

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

  • To collect and communicate requirements from different stakeholders in order to gather input to the product backlog and get the business needs understood and translated into technical requirements
  • To analyze and document requirements and provide support to software engineers to ensure a common understanding of requirements
  • Analyze payment card organization requirements and transpose them into user stories and tasks
  • Detail and verify items in the back-log and keep close cooperation with Agile Product Owner
  • Anchor the backlog items with relevant stakeholders
  • Describe acceptance criteria and secure Quality assurance of delivered functionality together with the Team

What is needed in this role:

You have the ability to ask the relevant business and technical questions among the right stakeholders to perform business requirements analyses on assigned tasks. Come to conclusions, form solutions and anchor them across the organization.

The ideal candidate has/is:

  • 4+ years of experience in technology development and deployment
  • 2+ years of experience in IT leadership/supervisory position
  • Experience from the card acquiring/issuing area and, hence deep insights and understanding of the business
  • Understands how payment card systems works; has knowledge of card authorization and settlement cycles
  • Technical skills to bridge the gaps between Business and Development team
  • High level of analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to details
  • Very good communication skills
  • Experience working in Agile environment
  • Proficient English, spoken and written
  • A relevant University degree or similar work experience
  • Ability to travel
