  • Be owner of IT services;
  • Maintain service lifecycle, from launching it live and supporting on road;
  • Be responsible of solving incidents and problems;
  • Troubleshoot wide range of unique cases;
  • Release updates/patches for services;
  • Improve availability (monitoring solutions, automatization);
  • Communicate cross-country with other IT teams and stakeholders.

What is needed in this role:

  • Understanding of IT infrastructure principles;
  • Experience with PL/SQL, Oracle databases and Java language;
  • High self-motivation, interest in current trends in software development;
  • Comfort with collaboration, open communication and reaching across functional border;
  • Very good spoken and written English (which will be your working language);
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT field, or could be in the process of acquiring.
