Are you passionate about asset management, administration and reconciliation of funds and portfolios with people management experience?

  • Develop and maintain fund and portfolio control area in our asset management field in the whole Swedbank group.
  • Lead an ambitious and motivated Reconciliation team of 6 members in Robur branch Vilnius office.
  • Collaborate with highly experienced colleagues in Stockholm and other colleagues in our asset management field in Vilnius, Riga and Tallinn.

What you need in this role:

  • 3+ years of experience in specified area (accounting, valuation, transaction management etc.)
  • 1+ years people management experience and good skills of coaching.
  • Academic degree, preferably in finance/
  • Good knowledge of English, written and spoken.
  • Good understanding of financial/capital market.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks with competing deadlines
  • Understand how own work and work of own team is related to the Robur branch Vilnius office strategy and how own actions affect our stakeholders.
  • High risk awareness and result oriented.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships.

Fund & Portfolio Services (FPS) serves as a close support and an active part in Robur´s business. FPS consists of about 55 employees and has a diverse range of exciting tasks and challenges. The department consists of the functions Valuation & Index, Portfolio maintenance, Derivatives, Trading & Corporate actions, Accounting and Reconciliation management.

We try to the greatest extent to automate our work with the help of various support systems. This is an ongoing process where we have to absorb the regulatory environment and development within Robur.
