With us, you have the opportunity to:

  • Coordinate and prepare risk management and capital adequacy reports for Baltic countries ensuring full compliance to regulatory requirements, execution of content quality and control;
  • Be responsible for the report approval, communication to decision making bodies and publishing (including translation to local language) on regular basis;
  • Participate in Risk control related projects;
  • Work closely with analysts in different Risk areas, cooperation with different bank units in Swedbank Group;
  • Ensure coordination and full compliance with regulatory requests (including data requests); 
  • Support management with various tasks.

What is needed in this role:

  • Higher Education in economics, finance, or related fields;
  • Good understanding of supervisory requirements and expectations;
  • Ability and willingness to read and understand large amounts of information;
  • Technical skill working with data (MS Excel as a minimum, SQL knowledge preferable);
  • Strong analytical skills to understand reporting content, ability to explain data variations and see interdependencies;
  • Fluent verbal and written communication in English and Latvian/Lithuanian and good understanding of financial terminology in English;
  • High sense of responsibility for own decisions and the result of work;
  • CRR/CRRII and EBA guidelines requirements related to Pillar 3 disclosure knowledge would be preferable for current vacancy;
  • Strong coordination/project management skills.
