  • Be in the forefront of Sustainable Finance and ESG aligned investments; partnering with, and advising, large corporates and institutions on how to leverage Sustainable Finance solutions (within equity, bonds and loans) in their respective sustainable business transformation journeys
  • Use your expertise for the common good, increasing sustainable business acumen internally, upskilling colleagues, and ensure that sustainability is fact-based, data-driven, and fully integrated in market offerings, processes, client interactions, market communications and reporting
  • Do project-based work in cross-functional teams, and in close collaboration with Client Executives, Product Specialists, and other LC&I functions, as well as representatives from Group Sustainability, where you will manage your own time (work-life balance), and be responsible for your deliveries
  • Join other Sustainable Finance specialists in a multicultural and international Team with a mission to ensure Swedbank is perceived as the preferred ESG advisor by Nordic corporate and institutional clients, through supporting them in driving Long Term Value Creation

What is needed in this role:

  • Significant, practical experience of providing fact-based, data-driven sustainability and/ or Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG) business advisory services to large corporates and institutions, for example through 3-5 years’ work experience from a sustainability advisory practice at a global professional services firm
  • Proven understanding for the importance of transforming strategy, business, and operating models - profitably - to align with sustainable development, and you possess an ability to convey this compellingly to key stakeholders at multiple levels of seniority
  • Track-record of advanced qualitative and quantitative analysis work relating to financial, organizational and sustainability performance, as well as risk management in companies and organizations; along with a basic understanding of financial instruments (equity, bonds, and loans) and markets
  • Project management and business development experience, including experience of preparing presentations, leading workshops, and training sessions, as well as client facing consultative sales experience and creating proposals
  • A structured and analytical team player mindset, with a passion for delivering high-quality results, and a proactive and hands-on attitude, demonstrating ownership for tasks assigned to you
  • Relevant University degree, e.g. Engineering and/ or Business Administration (M.Sc., B.Sc.) preferably with a minor in a Sustainability related area.
