  • Make a meaningful societal impact preparing Swedbank for future demands with innovative technologies to identify, stop, and prevent money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, and cyber threats.
  • Drive the strategic technology enhancements and continuously develop the vision and roadmap for establishing future capabilities and developing common enablers across the Anti Financial Crime organization.
  • Be at the forefront of utilizing and leveraging Cloud, Analytics, AI, and API’s to future proof operations as well as drive the automation and efficiency agenda across the Swedbank Group, working proactively to identify opportunities and propose solutions.
  • Coordinate, align and prioritize development initiatives while adopting and implementing best practices and industry leading standards to advance product development quality and reduce time-to-market.
  • Lead a high-performing cross-functional agile team consisting of architects, engineers, data scientists and business analysts as well as subject matter experts with the ability to deliver end-to-end solutions.

What is needed in this role:

  • Experience from leading teams and people, and/or from product owner/manager roles
  • Degree in IT or related field. Well versed and experienced in Agile Development frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills as well as a genuine interest and experience in innovation and Analytics, AI, Cloud and emerging technologies.
  • Experience coordinating IT processes/initiatives spanning several business areas and teams.
  • A solution-oriented mindset and curiosity to explore and internalize industry best practices to advance value creation.
  • Expertise in time, dependency, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication (to both technical and non-technical audiences) skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to build networks and work collaboratively in a geographically distributed and diverse environment.
  • Understanding/experience of the business domain is meriting; finance, financial crime, cyber security.
  • Fluency in English; verbal and written.
