  • Deploy, monitor and troubleshoot software applications
  • Provision and configure infrastructure
  • Provide support for software users
  • Organise team efforts to resolve incidents
  • Take a part in software delivery and testing automation
  • Take a part in system performance tuning
  • Maintain and update documentation and CMDB
  • Given vacancy will be of interest for professionals, who appreciate diversity and are interested in multiple disciplines of software engineering: design, implementation and operations

What you need in this role:

  • At least 3 years of working experience as a Software Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, System Administrator or Service Manager
  • Experience in configuring and administrating business applications
  • Experience in server administration (Linux/Unix/Windows)
  • Good understanding of information security practices
  • Comfort with collaboration, open communication and reaching across functional borders
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Your experience would be as an advantage in: scripting languages (shell/python/etc); working knowledge of relational databases and SQL
