Are you passionate about solving IT issues, helping colleagues and communicating constantly via phone, e-mail or other IT systems? 

With us you will have the opportunity to:

  • Help Swedbank employees with their IT issues; 
  • Use your technical competence and knowledge to solve employees incidents;
  • Correctly register IT issues and find possible solutions;
  • Ensure constant communication and positive user experience while providing IT consultations; 
  • Identify IT problems, their causes and provide solutions for their elimination; 
  • Inform employees about IT system triggers and their updates;
  • Participate in IT projects. 

We expect that you:

  • Like to communicate with people and work in a team;
  • Are initiative and open for new ideas;
  • Able take a decision in stressful situations;
  • Have the willingness to learn and develop yourself;
  • Are curious about computer systems;
  • Have programming skills (advantage);
  • Speak and write fluently in English and Lithuanian.

Salary offered for this position ranges from 1000-1500 EUR gross i.e. before taxes. Read more here!
