What is needed in this role:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field, or similar working experience.
  • Experience working at Scrum Master role in software development or/and operations areas.
  • Scrum Master skills/SAFe certification would be an advantage
  • Expertise in time, dependency, and stakeholder management with a passion for problem solving.
  • Experience coordinating IT processes/initiatives spanning several business areas and teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership and excellent communication (to both technical and non-technical audiences) skills.
  • Ability to build networks and work collaboratively in a geographically distributed and diverse environment.
  • Experience working with Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence) would be an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge on technologies like Java, REST and SQL is an advantage.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in Lithuanian and English (spoken and written).

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Facilitating sprint planning meetings and ensuring the team reaches a collective agreement on what will be accepted into the sprint.
  • Facilitating sprint retrospectives and helping team to improve their way of working and grow.
  • Helping team to establish the right level of transparency on their activity and progress.
  • Identifying and continuously working to remove any potential impediments.
  • Servicing Product Owner and Organization.
  • Managing partners and corresponding documentation.
  • Having & creating fun 😊
