In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

  • Excel your skills in HCM Cloud processes, data management, integrations development, and more
  • Collaborate with other team members to merge the employees currently managed in HRMS system into the HCM Cloud – meaning both data, integrations and change management
  • Analyze, develop, test, and maintain the Oracle HCM Cloud application, a part of the backbone in Swedbank IT environment
  • Work in agile team, focusing on delivering the most valuable things in the  Swedbank agile process SWAP
  • See the result of your work improve the everyday employee journey for all Swedbank colleagues

What is needed in this role:

  • Several years of competence and experience in Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud or Oracle HRMS is a must for this role
  • Experience of system implementations and project coordination
  • A desire to improve work experience and personal development for our colleagues all over the Swedbank Group
  • Interest in agile ways of working
  • Good teamwork skills and at the same time being independently driven
  • Being creative and collaborative and targeted to succeed with you goals in highly regulated banking industry
  • Academic degree in IT, engineering or equivalent, or a great reason for not having one.
  • Fluent in English AND one of our home market languages (Swedish, Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian)
