Business Analyst

We are looking for a highly driven Business Analyst to take part of our transformation journey as we take the next steps in improving our way how our customers communicate with us.

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

  • Work with a development team that builds core messaging communication services and notifications to our customers.
  • Work with a distributed team, and you will act as a Business Analyst with our new partner in designing future solutions to be implemented. The new partner will be an extension of our team and for you as the Business Analyst.
  • Work with new technology and working methods. Our area is characterized by high business demand, speed, and continuous agile development.
  • Detail and anchor the backlog items across the product development iterations.
  • Work with requirements of the functionality so they are well defined and understood by all the parties/stakeholders.
  • Participate in discovery work and input collection in close communication with different stakeholders. Also, you will support the team and the agile product owner in finding a good balance between life cycle management, maintenance, regulatory compliance as well as development of new features.
  • Be responsible and deliver high customer satisfaction.

What is needed in this role:

  • To succeed you need to be passionate about new technologies and digitalization. You have, or are willing to learn, extensive understanding of the business and its customer/user needs. You should have high interest in and knowledge of stakeholders in the business area.
  • As a Business Analyst you have a customer-centric mindset, you are social and communicative, good at asking questions but also structured, systematic and have interest in details. As a person you have a willingness to learn new things and are open-minded and pro-active.
  • Good writing & documentation skills are necessary for good result.
  • You also have academic degree within the area and are fluent in English, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have: 

  • Worked as a Business Analyst for 3-5 years. 
  • Experience in performing processes/systems functionalities analysis.
  • Able to perform Business acceptance testing.
