In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

  • Join our highly skilled Mobile App Infrastructure team ensuring resilience, stability, and high quality in our mobile app channel reaching millions of clients in the Swedish market
  • Keeping up to date with new technologies and preparing Swedbank for adopting them
  • Collaborating actively with all members in the CFT and stakeholders about ongoing and planned deliveries, setting, slicing, and visualizing the technical roadmap
  • Coordinating and detailing backlog items, ensuring they are ready for development
  • Leading agile ceremonies
  • Ensuring that customer needs and customer value is in focus during development as well as frequent deliveries

What is needed in this role:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, preferably computer science or information technology/engineering
  • High analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to clearly communicate and visualize a highly technical roadmap
  • Seniority in mobile app development and strategic thinking
  • Experience of working agile and deep knowledge of Agile methodologies
  • Collaborative mindset, proactiveness and a structures way of working
  • Excellent skills in English
