In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

  • Be a part of a prioritized area of Swedbank in an AML team.
  • Write the user stories and anchoring of the backlog items and quality assurance of delivered functionality.
  • Describe acceptance criteria and make sure those are understandable to the rest of the team.
  • Work alongside with the Agile Product Owner (APO) with requirements and relevant stakeholders. Break down investment opportunities into MVP's and user stories in the back-log together with the APO.
  • Support the team to deliver frequently potentially shippable products, iteratively and incrementally, maximizing opportunities for feedback and value.
  • Collaborate with other team members in the cross functional team and constantly improve the way of working.

What is needed in this role:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or a great reason for not having one.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience from breaking down requirements into understandable features.
  • You are a team player that truly believe that success is something that can only be reached by working closely with others.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Knowledge from areas such as Anti-Money Laundry, Risk, Compliance or any other relevant area is an advantage.
  • It is an advantage if you have worked as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, Product Owner or similar and/or in an agile team.
