In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

  • Lead skilled cross functional teams in the area of Fund and Equity services.
  • Have responsibilities for ensuring that the cross functional teams are working efficiently and to secure competence within the team.
  • Ensure adequate staffing, competence, and workforce planning in a changing environment.
  • Be a part of our change journey.
  • Provide support in HR related matters, handling recruitments, onboarding and offboarding.
  • Set salary and conduct Personal Development talks.
  • Coach and support your team and the individuals.
  • Actively contribute to the development of a learning culture.

What is needed in this role:

  • Passion for developing people.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably experience of leadership of agile teams.
  • Experience of change management.
  • Strong people management and communication skills.
  • A coaching leadership style.
  • Set values and benefits of collaboration high on the agenda.
  • Excellent command of both English and Swedish, written and verbal.
  • Be able to work independently and comfortable in taking decisions.
