  • Contribute to implementing Robotic & Intelligent automations from idea to deployment.

What is needed in this role:

  • Experience in Robotic Process (RPA) and/or Robotic Desktop Automation (RDA);
  • Familiar with Intelligent Automation and/or Optical Character Recognition (OCR);
  • Experience in process discovery, analysis, automation and improvement;
  • Skilled in creating documentation, process maps, defining requirements and acceptance criteria;
  • Project & stakeholder management skills at different levels;
  • Good in planning and prioritizing own work, meeting deadlines;
  • Service and customer-oriented attitude, knowledge in Incident Management;
  • Fluency in English.
