  • Work close together with the DB&IT Management Team where you get insight in how a large and important Swedbank Group unit is run—and the ability to sharpen your communication skills
  • Have the responsibilities of a broader management advisor role, supporting both in various operational analyses but with focus on executive reporting and ensuring efficiency and consistency in how DB&IT communicates the transformation agenda
  • Create a scalable and repeatable structure for decision material, executive reports, and other internal and external communication material

What is needed in this role:

  • Have a passion for making complex matters simple to understand through breaking down large sets of quantitative and qualitative input into key messages and a clear and strong storyline
  • Understand and value the importance of high quality executive reporting and communication, with excellent and documented skills in writing, visualisation and presentation. You have strong skills in producing content in different formats and have strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluent in English and preferably one language from the bank’s home markets (Sweden, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia)
  • Strong social skills, with a collaborative and team player mind-set, to easily establish trust with your colleagues and in anchoring with stakeholders across the Group
  • Taking full own responsibility to execute tasks, with a proven track record of delivering with high speed and accuracy
  • Ability to scale your own contribution through coaching others to improve their communication skills to enable repeatable success in reporting throughout DB&IT. You are not afraid to challenge status quo through constant improvement and when exploring new communication formats
  • Previously produced examples of presentations and written material will be requested as part of the recruitment process
