In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

  • Perform timely settlement of Baltic and foreign securities transactions concluded on behalf of Baltic countries clients.
  • Overview timely and correct trade bookings in back office systems.
  • Investigate and solve securities trades related issues, reconciliation breaks, ad hoc situations.
  • Prepare and provide mandatory regular and upon request reports to Nasdaq CSD, the Bank of Lithuania, and other Baltic countries supervisory institutions on time.
  • Keep constant relationship with internal and external stakeholders, provide them with necessary reports.
  • Contribute to projects and initiatives to enhance, streamline and automate the existing processes and reduce the risk of errors where applicable. The complexity of your tasks will depend on your progress pace and individual results.

What is needed in this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics/Finance/Business Administration or another related field, or a great reason for not having one.
  • Understanding of post-trade services and trade lifecycle events.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
  • Ability to cope with large volumes of complex tasks.
  • Very good communication skills, positive attitude.
  • Good English language skills (verbal and written).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.

Having of Investment Information Provider (BFAA IIP) license would be an advantage.
