    • Get familiar with Business Intelligence (BI) and BI development & testing processes;
    • Learn data warehousing, integration & modelling, data analysis & governance;
    • Learn various data management tools;
    • Discover various roles within BI development to choose your path for traineeship;
    • Implement data integration project;
    • Be a part of the Data Engineering stream at IT Academy training program for 6 weeks and after that conduct traineeship for 2 months.

What is needed in this role:

    • Proactive, solution-oriented, and analytical mindset;
    • Basic knowledge about databases and SQL;
    • Good collaboration skills, openness, and eagerness to learn;
    • Desire to develop career in BI and become a member of our Swedbank BI;
    • Availability to spend at least 4 hours daily in online classes;
    • Good English language skills;
    • Current or graduated studies in IT, Economics or similar fields;
    • Understanding business processes and information systems is considered as a bonus.
